Cancellation Policy

Intake Form Clients must complete the intake form at least one week before booking a new appointment. This ensures we can tailor the consultation to your specific needs. Payment and Contracts No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Payments: All payments are due at the time of booking. Contracts: All contracts must be signed and submitted no less than 5 days before the confirmed appointment. Cancellations and Rescheduling Confirmed Cancels: Can be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and will need to pay and reschedule. No-Shows: Will result in a canceled appointment, requiring payment and rescheduling. Additional Policies No-Refund Policy: Strictly enforced. Rescheduling: Requires a 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. Preparation: Clients should be prepared and punctual to maximize the value of the session. Communication: Ensure all communication is clear and timely to avoid misunderstandings. Confirmation: Appointments will be confirmed via email once the contract and payment are received. Follow-Up: A follow-up email will be sent after the session summarizing key points and next steps. Technology Check: Verify that your technology (e.g., Zoom, phone) is functioning correctly before the meeting. Reminder Notifications: Clients will receive reminder notifications 48 hours and 24 hours before the appointment. Confidentiality: All client information shared during sessions will be kept confidential. Emergency Rescheduling: In case of emergencies, contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options. Payment Terms: Full payment is required to secure your booking. Scope of Work: Clearly defined deliverables will be agreed upon before the session. Support Access: Details on how clients can access support between sessions. Preparation Tips for Clients Document Submission: Ensure any required documents or materials are submitted in advance. Goals and Questions: Prepare specific goals and questions to discuss during the session. Technical Setup: Verify your technology (e.g., Zoom, phone) is working correctly before the meeting. Workspace: Choose a quiet, distraction-free environment for the session. Materials: Have a notebook or digital device ready for taking notes. Pre-Session Checklist: Review the agenda and objectives for the session.
